At Little Stars Day Nursery, we are proud to provide high-quality care and early education for children and their families. We believe every child is unique and we celebrate, respect and value each child as an individual.

Our nursery offers a happy, caring and stimulating environment where children feel safe, nurtured and supported. We are committed to helping children develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning. Our early years practitioners carefully support each child’s individual learning and development, supporting them through engaging activities and meaningful experiences.

At Little Stars we promote kindness, respect and positive behaviour, helping children to understand the feelings and needs of others. We create an inclusive environment where children learn to value themselves and others, embracing diversity and celebrating the different backgrounds, cultures and abilities within our nursery.

Safeguarding

At Little and Shooting Stars the safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority, ensuring that every child in our care is safe, supported, and able to thrive.

Little and Shooting Stars have a Designated Safeguarding Lead (Jayne Manso) and five Deputy Safeguarding Leaders throughout both setting’s. All practitioners receive regular safeguarding training and understand their responsibility to remain vigilant, listen to children, and report any concerns in line with our procedures.

We actively promote an open and transparent culture around safeguarding and work together to maintain a safe, secure environment where children feel protected and valued.
